Annual Report Forms and Instructions
As a member of the Association and the Commission, schools are required to complete the Annual Report Forms (ARF) each fall. Data gathered by the ARF is then published the following spring in
the Annual Data Tables, which are a collection of charts and graphs detailing institutional characteristics, enrollment,
faculty composition and compensation, finances, and development.
For reference, printer friendly versions of the form are linked below. Instructions are included with each form. Data entry is to be completed in the online application, which can be accessed
and managed by the member school's keyholder.
