By registration; Every day, administrators at theological schools face the ongoing challenge of determining how the resources they have can best be used toward the fulfillment of mission, and financial officers play a critical role in developing and implementing mission-focused resource utilization plans. At this year’s Financial Officers’ Conference, join colleagues from across the ATS membership as we dive into a robust discussion of Mission & Money: The Role of Missional Clarity in Guiding Resource Allocation.
Come learn from the experiences of two ATS schools that have focused intentionally on the work of aligning their core mission with an approach to resource allocation designed to sustain these core purposes. Explore their case studies in plenary sessions, wrestle with lessons learned through table discussions and activities, and expand your skills and perspectives during hands-on workshops.
Don’t miss this opportunity for encouragement and learning together, while deepening the peer connections and support that can help you thrive in your work.
