Women in Leadership, A Community of Accompaniment

The 2025 Women in Leadership (WIL) Conference will:

• Empower women for transformative leadership in graduate theological education and related ministerial contexts

• Develop skills of self-awareness for personal, relational, and intercultural competency, necessary for team building and transformative leadership through the integration of EQ and IQ

• Develop strong relational networks among diverse affinity groups of and enhance contextually appropriate skills for transformative leadership

• Support the implementation of women’s leadership capacities in academic and faith communities of praxis
