Project Description:Forming Adaptable Pastoral Leaders Who Can (Re)Build Connections in a Suffering and Fragmented World will allow Oblate School of Theology to revise its academic and financial structures to strengthen its capacity to equip pastoral leaders—clergy and lay professionals—to minister to congregations in imaginative, adaptive, and fruitful ways. We propose a new business model incorporating new fiscal and fundraising efforts and enhanced marketing efforts. Collaboration with our partners in formation, Assumption Seminary and Borzaga House of Formation, will provide benefits to all three institutions.
