Project Title:Asset-based, Trauma Informed Spiritual Care for Indigenous People
Project Description:Leadership in the church in Indigenous communities must be informed by historical trauma, contemporary demands, non-traditional ministry models and contexts, as well as a rigorous theological and pastoral curriculum that is developed through the lens of asset-based ministry models and thinking. Modules will be developed as part of a multi-part certificate, diploma, and master's program for those who do not have the background to enter a master's program, or whose leadership comes from another related profession specifically addressing its delivery to the bivocational demands that are central to the lives of most pastors and ministers in the Indigenous context.
