Project Description:Our project's purpose is to create affordable and efficient pathways for theological, intercultural, and innovative leadership training at every level of education—bachelor's, master's, and doctoral. It will include support for: (1) a BA Equivalency program, (2) a competency-based DMin program, (3) an Asian American/Pacific Islander Initiative, (4) hiring a Director for Intercultural Leadership Training, and (5) expanding leaders' capacities for innovation.
