  • Project Description: The Quaker Center for Transformational Congregational Leadership will support current congregational leaders by offering educational and development opportunities, and it will encourage students enrolled at Earlham School of Religion (ESR) to pursue careers in congregational ministry. The Center will be based in partnerships among a uniquely broad representation of the Society of Friends, local congregational leaders, and traditions that ESR had historically engaged such as Unitarian Universalist, Episcopal, Metropolitan Community Church, and United Church of Christ.
