Project Description:Union Theological Seminary's Phase 2 grant will fund a series of initiatives aimed at reimagining how Union educates, engages, and operates. These include efforts to strengthen and make more efficient our campus service operations and the student experience through collaboration with local and national nonprofit, higher education, and seminary peers. Additionally, the grant will support efforts to reach a broader segment of our global constituents through innovative marketing of new programs, and it will help our institution and future pastors develop the capacities needed to build more diverse, just and inclusive communities.
