Project Description:Developing Intercultural Competency in Tomorrow's Pastoral Leaders addresses the need for increased intercultural competency among ordained and lay ministers in the face of an increasingly diverse, global Catholic Church. The project focuses on three primary activities for MDiv students: (1) immersion experiences, (2) Spanish-language acquisition, and (3) symposia of students in formation for ministry.
