Project Description:The purpose of the Next Steps Initiative is to develop learning experiences for adult learners who need innovative educational support to take the next steps in their ministry development. By developing a comptency-based degree program and facilitating lifelong learning experiences that are more collaborative, flexible, accessible, and practical, we will serve a wider continuum of ministry leaders.
