Project Title:Conversatio: Creating a Culture of Encounter Initiative
Project Description:Conversatio: Creating a Culture of Encounter is a three-year program through Saint John's University School of Theology and Seminary. Students will earn a Master of Divinity degree, live in intentional community, develop cultural humility, and participate in the Benedictine way of life. Students will serve in local Catholic Communities in youth ministry, faith formation, or liturgy while building and leading evangelization teams within the rural parish. The program is rooted in the Benedictine practice of Conversatio Morum and is inspired by what Pope Francis calls a Culture of Encounter.
