Project Title:Transforming Pastoral Leadership through Contextual Engagement
Project Description:Our project will build on existing programs and institutional competencies to identify, prepare, and support the formation of contextually-aware and competent pastoral leaders. Such leaders will be equipped with personal qualities, spiritual grounding, skills, and knowledge to lead congregations in connecting with, engaging with, and learning from the city, community, and ministry context. Specific projects/positions to be supported and/or launched relate to a Montreal mission internship (identify), director of contextual education position (prepare), and mentoring program (support).
