Project Title:The 4:12 Pathway for Pastoral Leadership: Building an Authentic Culture of Discernment, Encouragement, and Accompaniment
Project Description:We will implement a series of initiatives that "equip God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up" (Eph. 4:12). Focusing on renewed formation for pastoral leadership of priests, deacons, and laity, we will implement a coaching and spiritual gifts program and create formation groups that will accompany individuals from discernment to first pastoral assignments. We will develop a leadership advisory council, offer international programs on the ministry of catechetical leadership, and develop programs designed to foster an authentic culture of discernment, encouragement, and accompaniment.
