Project Description:Iliff's Congregational Connections Program is designed to meet the needs of current and future congregational leaders by providing leadership development, community building, and continuing education. The program will provide education, resources, and connections across churches by ensuring "practical" courses and workshops are regularly offered, and by launching both the "Congregational Connections App" and the "Congregational Engagements Along Difference (Pulpit Exchange Plus)"—a strategic, half-day, in-person/hybrid gathering of multiple full congregations.
