Mark D. Jordan

Mark D. Jordan is Niebuhr Professor at Harvard University Divinity School, where he teaches courses in European philosophy, Christian ethics, and the relation of theological teaching to literature. His recent books include Transforming Fire: Imagining Christian Teaching (Eerdmans) and Convulsing Bodies: Religion and Resistance in Foucault (Stanford). Jordan earned his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin.
