Aimée A. Laramore is a trusted consultant, effective strategist, and premier team-builder in the field of faith and philanthropy with more than two decades of experience. Owner and lead consultant for ALlyd Image Solutions, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to building organizational capacity and effective development practices, she presented at more than 90 congregations, seminaries, development conferences, and leadership training events through her posts as associate director of Lake Institute on Faith & Giving, as director of seminary advancement for Christian Theological Seminary, and in her current consulting role. Specializing in facilitation, strategic planning, and outcomes-based measurement, Laramore has a long career in raising resources for mission-driven work, evidenced in annual and capital campaigns, grant writing success, launching new initiatives, and endowment development. She currently dedicates her time as philanthropic strategist for the first PhD in African American Preaching and Sacred Rhetoric at Christian Theological Seminary, and she serves on the Board of Visitors for Howard University School of Divinity in addition to serving as the generosity facilitator for New Horizons Church in Indianapolis. A STEM education advocate, Laramore is a graduate of Purdue University, College of Technology. In an effort to fuse innovative organizational development approaches with established business practices, she earned her MBA and completed community organizing and economic development training.
